At VoltBike, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electric cycles and want you to ride with total confidence. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the bike or accessories in the original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and battery chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for oversized e-bike frames.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
